  • How fast it will be filed?
    As an authorized agent of the Alberta government, we have direct access to the corporation database and can file your request in one of three queues: urgent, express, or regular. If you choose the urgent queue, your filing will be processed within 2 business hours
  • What documents I can upload?
    Service speed depends on the selection of the queue if it is Priority, Express or Regular. If you choose the fastest queue, it could be done as fast as 2 Business hours.
  • Forgot corporation name or number?
    If you cannot recall the corporation name or number, you may leave that field blank. After placing your order, please send us any document that includes the corporation name or number, such as a bank statement, articles of incorporation, or CRA filing receipt. This will help us assist you more effectively.
  • Adding an Agent for Service (New Regulation)

  • As of March 29, 2021, the Government of alberta has announced mandatory requirement to add an Agent for Service fo new and previously registered corporations. Failure to do so, the corporation will be dissolved by the government. An agent for Service must be an alberta resident who can accept notices and documents in person or by mail on be half of the corporation.

  • What is Agent for Service?
    Every Alberta corporation is required to appoint an Agent for Service who must reside in Alberta. This individual acts as the primary point of contact for all communications from the government. The Agent for Service can be the primary director or any other director who resides in Alberta. If all directors are non-residents of Alberta, you may appoint an Alberta attorney or utilize the service we offer to fulfill this requirement.
  • Can I change the agent later?
    Yes, you can change the Agent for Service at any time. We provide this service through our website, making it easy for you to update your corporation's information as needed.
  • Why need an ID?
    According to government regulations, a valid Canadian photo ID submission is mandatory. This can include a driver's license or a copy of the information pages from a passport.
  • Do you provide Agent service?
    Yes. You can check mark on the form that says, "If you don't have an 'Agent for Service' in this province, click here". This option allows you to indicate that you require an Agent for Service in the province.
  • Type of Change or Update

  • The more changes you do in the corporation, the more cost will incur. We have lawyers, accountants and registry agents who will work together to complete the required tasks for these changes. These changes may require government fees which are included in the price.
  • To perform any change on director(s) or shareholder(s), a resolution document is required. You do not need to provide it, our lawyers will prepare it for you.
  • To re-distribute the outstanding shares among the shareholders, a Shareholder Agreement will be prepared by our lawyer and will be provided to you for signature of all shareholders. The price includes the legal fees.

  • Corporation's address change?
    If your corporation's registered address or mailing address has changed, you can update this information when filing your annual return. This ensures that all records remain accurate and current.
  • What is legal name change?
    A legal name change may occur due to marriage or a name correction. Please note that a consent letter is required for a legal name change. We will prepare this letter and send it to you via email for your signature.
  • Other changes on director?
    This can include adding or removing a director, changing residency status, or updating the registered address.
  • Other updates on shareholder?
    This can involve adding or removing a shareholder or updating a shareholder's address.
  • Redistribution of shares?
    To redistribute the outstanding shares among the shareholders, a Shareholder Agreement will be prepared by our lawyer and provided to you for the signatures of all shareholders. The quoted price includes all legal fees associated with this process.
  • Why there is cost?
    The government permits certain updates to be made to the corporation during the filing of annual returns. Many of these updates may incur additional government fees and may require legal work, such as the preparation of directors' or shareholders' resolutions.

  • What is legal name change?
    A legal name change can occur due to changes in marital status (such as being legally married, widowed, or divorced) or for the purpose of correcting a name.     The total number of shares is calculated by adding each shareholder's share count. For example, if your share is 60 and your spouse's share is 40, the total shares would be 60 + 40 = 100.
