  • What are the steps we follow?
    Articles of amendment process is completed in6 steps:

    Step 2: We will retrieve your corporate profile.
    Step : Our Legal team prepare the amended articles.
    Step 4: All completed documents will be sent to our registry agent.
    Step 5: Our agent will file the documents through the government system.
    Step 6: The final documents will be sent to you via email.
  • How fast it is done?
    The processing time depends on your selection of the government processing queue. On the following page, you will find options to choose from three processing queues: regular, express, and urgent.

  • Please avoid mentioning of any specific name of any corporation or organization in the amendment. If you mention so, government may require to obtain a consent from those organizations. If further clarification or documents are needed, our team will contact you by phone or email.

  • Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, pdf, doc, docx, Max. file size: 32 MB.
  • Sure, you can send the documents through email or fax. After you place the order, you should receive the order confirmation email. You can simply reply to that email with an attachment.
  • As per filing, we have to obtain the corporation's article, profile and relevant documents. If you can upload any relevant document, the process could be faster. If you do not have any document, please write whatever you know (corporation's address, activities, year of registration etc.)

    You can upload the corporation's certificate, articles, annual return confirmation, or any document that displays the corporation's name or number.
  • Can I send documents later?
    Yes, you can send the documents via email or fax. After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email. You can simply reply to that email with the attachment.
  • Govt. Processing Queue

  • Please note, these are estimated processing time. In some situations (holiday season or long weekend or too many urgent requests), government may take longer than normal time.
