  • Alberta Sole Proprietorship: Register or Renew in 1 Business Hour

  • A Alberta sole proprietorship is an unincorporated business that is owned by one person. Unlike a corporation, it doesn't have a separate legal identity.

  • $ 0.00 CAD
  • Guidelines

  • How fast can I get documents?
A sole proprietorship can be established in just one business hour when placed in the fastest queue. Once we receive your completed order, including payment and all required information, and you've chosen the quickest processing option, our team will review your order, register it with the government registry, and email you the electronic documents within one business hour. Please note, the latest submission time is 3:00 PM local time.
  • What documents I will get?
You will receive the final business registration statement, which includes your Business Identification Number (BIN). Following that, additional services like your GST/HST account and CRA business number will be sent to you via email.
  • Is this registration valid?
Absolutely. Our firm has full access to both federal and provincial corporate registry name databases. We conduct name searches using NUANS Canada and handle registrations through the government registry system. You can verify the documents with the provincial government and the Canada Revenue Agency.
  • Are you a OneStop center?
Yes, we are a OneStop center for business registration and corporate filing services. You also have the option to add additional services such as a CRA Business Number, GST account, payroll account, export/import account, WCB account registration, domain name registration, corporate seal, and more.
  • What happens after order placement?
Once we receive your order, our specialists will review it. If any additional information is needed, we will reach out to you via email or phone.
  • What is official corporate seal?
A corporate seal is an official embossed stamp that helps protect your business from fraudulent activities and carries legal significance in preventing false representation. Traditionally, corporate seals are used on important documents such as contracts, share certificates, bank papers, and land titles. It is highly recommended if your company handles frequent transactions or issues receipts, invoices, and other documents like loan agreements, mortgage applications, employment contracts, service contracts, or sub-contracts. • Why need Business Number?
Canadian businesses are required to obtain a Business Number (MANDATORY) to access their Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) account. Also referred to as an RC number (RC0001), this serves as your business’s unique identifier with the CRA. A Business Number is often needed for activities such as entering into business contracts, setting up payment processing accounts, applying for a Google business account, registering a trade name, opening an Amazon account, and completing annual corporate filings.
  • What is WCB?
This is the Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) registration. If your corporation plans to hire employees now or in the future, WCB registration is mandatory. We will register your business, provide you with the account number, and connect you with WCB authorities. Please note, there are no fixed monthly premium fees—WCB will assess your eligibility for a free program or determine any applicable fees.
  • Can I get assistance over phone?
Yes, feel free to call us during business hours. You can also start a live chat with us using the widget in the bottom right corner.

  • Why printed copy costs more?
