  • How fast can I get docs?
    An extra-provincial registration is a two-step process: first, the approval of the business name, and then the actual registration. The standard processing time is typically 3 to 4 weeks. However, for those with time constraints, the government offers Express and Urgent queues. The Urgent queue provides the fastest service for this registration.
  • How name approval works?
    As an agent of Industry Canada, we have direct access to the corporation name database. Before submission, we conduct a name pre-search to ensure that the name is conflict-free. If the pre-search results are favorable, we proceed with the name approval submission. If there is a conflict, we will reach out via email to request alternative names, providing up to three options at no additional cost.

    Yes, a name should generally consist of two elements: distinctive and descriptive. The distinctive element is the most crucial factor; it should not merely describe the business activities but must include a unique aspect that sets it apart from others. For example, the name "Canada Car Wash" lacks distinctiveness, while "Michael Johnson Car Wash" demonstrates ideal distinctiveness. For now, feel free to suggest the name you have in mind.   • In this section, you need to provide the street address in this province as the company's registered office. Virtual office or PO Box numbers are not allowed. If you subscribe for this service, all corporate documents that come from federal government, provincial government and Canada Revenue Agency to your business name, will be scanned and sent to you by email.

    A non-resident living outside of Canada must appoint an attorney in Canada to register a corporation. If you have already made arrangements with a lawyer, please provide the details here.   • Who is the primary owner?
    The primary owner is the overall head of the corporation. According to Canadian banking legislation, all owners must be present during the initial bank account opening process. For this reason, it's advisable to limit the number of owners at the start. However, once the bank account is set up, you can easily add additional owners later through our website.
  • How about doing for a client?
    If you are incorporating on behalf of a client, please do not enter your name here. This field is for the name of the primary owner of the corporation. We will not contact this person; instead, we will reach out to the individual listed in the billing address. You can provide your details in the billing address section during checkout.

  • The banking legislation in Canada requires, all the owners to be present during bank account opening. Therefore, it is advisable not to add many owners. Once bank account is opened, additional owner can be added easily through our website.

    Yes, a director can be added or removed at a later time through our website. In most cases, only one owner is added initially because Canadian banking legislation requires all owners to be present during the bank account opening. Once the bank account is established, additional owners can be easily added on our website.

    A director or owner must be an individual who is 18 years of age or older.
  • How about doing for a client?
    If you are registering on behalf of a client, you may enter the client's name as the owner. We will not contact your clients. instead, we will reach out to the person listed in the billing address. You can provide your details in the billing address section.

If you choose this service, we check domain as well when we check the name availability to ensure similar domain name with the name is available.
